Governing Law

Changan Banquet's Internet website is operated from Xi’An, China. Any legal conflict between a user and Changan Banquet is therefore subject to the laws of the Shaanxi province and the applicable laws of China , without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Furthermore, you hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Shaanxi Province, China, in respect of any action or proceeding arising out of or related to this website.

These Terms and Conditions, including the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Changan Banquet with respect to your use of the website.
